Yes, definitely you can be sure. All the content that we post will be specially crafted for your business to engage your audience and will be sent for your approval before publishing them.

6. I'm very specific regarding the content to be posted on social media. What if I don't like what you're posting?

Your account manager will be posting content on your profiles as per the details you submitted and the discussion done with you. Hence, normally the content we post is in-line with your ideas. But, if you don't like any piece of content posted by us, you can just notify the same to your account manager and we'll take care of it. We encourage our clients to give us the feedback about content as often as possible. Let it be good or bad. Especially in the initial few days of posting, you can check the content and let us know your thoughts. We always want to make sure that our posting style matches your brand tone on social media.

7. How will you know about my business?

After you order your Social Media plan, we'll ask you a few quick questions about your business. Your answers will help your manager understand what you do, your industry, target audience, time zone etc. Then your account manager will do research about your website, previous social media posts, related links and everything else that is needed for content creation. He'll also email you giving an idea about the content we'll be posting.
Social media marketing is not a one time job. We'll ask your feedback regularly regarding the content to make sure everything is going perfect.

8. I don't have social accounts yet. Can you create those for me?

Yes, sure we can. Creating and optimizing social media accounts is included in all the packages.

9. Will I have to give login details for my accounts?

Yes, for Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram, we'll need login details.
For other networks like Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn and YouTube, you can make us admin of the pages which does not require giving login details.

10. I normally have promotions and offers for my business. Can you promote them?

Yes, definitely. You can just send them to your account manager in advance. Your account manager will schedule them as required.

11. After I order, when will you start working on my social media?

Once you order your Social Media plan, we'll start working on your accounts within 3 business days . Please make sure that you give the admin rights and the login credentials(if required) of your social media accounts.

12. Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders or long term jobs?

Yes, we do. You can order any plan and make payments in advance and discount would be as under:
5% discount on 3 months advance payment
10% discount on 6 months advance payment
15% discount on 12 months advance payment

13. I want my other social accounts to get managed too. Do you support them?

Currently we support Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube only. But if you want us to handle your Vine/Tumblr/Flickr/Reddit/Snapchat account, then you can contact us for a custom quote.

Be sure about this. There are NO hidden costs in our packages. You only pay what you see. We also do not have any contracts. Billing will be done monthly and you can cancel it anytime. but we need 30 days' notice to stop work and billing.

18. What is 'access to your content posting platform' for social media?

We use Hootsuite for posting content to your accounts. You will have to approve all our posts before they go live or schedule new content conveniently.
